In this video, Shubham Kumar Agrawal — founder of Taptwice Media, an AEO and GEO agency in Delhi NCR, India — walks through the workflow we use to automate content updates using Google Search Console, Windsor.ai, and Claude.
This is the same workflow we run on our portfolio property crmnewstoday.com, launched in March 2026. Within 30 days, the site shows a steady rise in impressions and keyword visibility — exactly the signal our AEO/GEO engagements are designed to produce.
What is covered
- Connect Google Search Console → Windsor.ai (free tier)
- Connect Windsor.ai → Claude (free official connector)
- Prompt Claude to fetch GSC data, separate optimized vs. new keywords, and prioritize updates
- Wire up the WordPress REST API so Claude can publish directly
- Verify impact in Google Search Console (impressions) and Semrush (keyword and traffic curves)
Clicks are increasingly zero-click, so the metric that matters for AI visibility is impressions. More keywords plus better positions equals higher likelihood of citation in ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, and Google AI Mode.
The workflow, walkthrough
We launched crmnewstoday.com about a month ago. The workflow is simple: fetch all keywords from Google Search Console, then update content accordingly.
We connected Windsor.ai with Search Console, and Windsor.ai to Claude. Inside Claude the prompt is: “Check for the latest keywords from the Search Console data and tell me which content should be updated and if new content can be created.”
Claude fetches the keywords, runs them through our setup that flags whether each keyword is already optimized or appearing for the first time, and filters the data. Claude returns three things: pages to update, new pages to create, and prioritization.
You still have to be a little manual — you cannot fully depend on Claude’s judgment. What Claude does best is fetch, filter, and analyze. Once we have decided which content to update, Claude creates the page via our WordPress REST API setup.
Is the process working?
Looking at the Search Console data: clicks are down because most clicks are now zero-click. We focus on impressions because impressions drive AI visibility and citations.
You can verify independently — go to Semrush, type crmnewstoday.com, and check the keyword and traffic curves. Some keywords are top-3, some top-10, some on page 2-3 (depends on country). The pattern: consistent rise in impressions, consistent rise in pages gaining visibility.
The setup, recapped
- Go to Google Search Console
- Connect to Windsor.ai (free tier)
- Connect Windsor.ai to Claude using the connector (free)
- Ask Claude to interpret the data
- Build a few sub-agents and skill sets
- Let Claude start updating content
If you have a process that works for you, share it. Sub-agent or prompt ideas — share those too. We are also waiting on Google I/O — Google is expected to discuss Google AI Mode and possibly ad placements within it.
